I have mentioned the Hampton Airfield before But I like to stick in a new picture once and a while so you can really get the flavor of what an old air field is actually like. This is during one of the many fly in events they have on weekends during the summer and fall. The building behind contains airport operations such as it is as well as the Hampton Airfield cafe. If you look behind the golf cart you can see the outside deck for the restaurant. You can actually sit on the edge of the runway, walk around and look at the planes or go for a a biplane or helicopter ride. Perfect place to bring that nice blue vintage Vespa below.
