HAMPTON BEACH
Where do I start! Hampton is probably best known for Hampton Beach. It has been a popular summer vacation spot for many years. The beach is long and wide with very little under tow under normal conditions. You will find ample accomadations but it's good to book your stay well in advance. From Memorial Day to the week after Labor Day the beach is in full swing. Free fireworks displays take place every Wednesday and Saturday night. Free entertainment from plays to rock music takes place nightly outside at the Shell.If you love Junk Food you'll be in heaven! From Fried Doe to Italian Sausage there is no lack vendors.
Good food is also available at the many fine restaurants located on the strip.
The seafood Festival takes place the week after Labor Day and attracts about 200,000 hungry folks for this popular annual event. They have started charging a $5.00 donation (not a good idea)
